Applications
2-Ethylhexyl acetate is usually applied to lacquers, NC lacquer emulsions, screen inks, paint and coatings for brushing on, dip-coating and spraying, and for baking enamels and air-dry enamels to improve flow and film formation. It is also an additive in cleaners and paint removers and a good coalescing aid for emulsion paints.
