Application
Sodium metabisulfite used in the production of sodium hydrosulfite, sulfamethazine, metamizole sodium, caprolactam, etc. Sodium metabisulfite used in the purification of chloroform, phenylsulfone and benzaldehyde. It is used as an ingredient of fixer in photographic industry, vanillin in perfume industry, preservative in brewing industry, rubber coagulant and dechlorinating agent after bleaching of cotton cloth, organic intermediate, printing and dyeing, leather making, reducing agent, wastewater treatment in electroplating industry and oil field, ore dressing agent in mine, etc., and preservative, bleaching agent and bulking agent in food processing.
