Introduction
Benzoic Acid is available in flake Industrial grade, flake feed grade, flake and powdered food grade, of which industrial grade is more commonly used. Flammable, incompatible with strong bases, strong oxidizers and alkalis. It is colorless, odorless flaky crystals, soluble in ethanol, Chloroform or Diethyl ether, soluble in boiling water, slightly soluble in water.
